Visit To Ciutadella Park.

On the next day, we searched for which game we wanted to watch. Then, we saw a roller hockey match is going to hold that day at noon. We also get ready for the new experience. Before we move to the destination we took our lunch in our hotel. After lunch, we travel to Palau Blaugrana to watch the hockey. In roller hockey, the players will wear roller skates while playing. While watching the match, we realized that every clubs of Barcelona’s jersey designs and colors are the same. Barcelona sports club is maintaining it very well. They also maintain the stadium and arena very well too. The playing skills and controlling the movements of the players made us feel really shocked. The floor they playing on was looking so slippery but the players use their skills and played well. After the match finished, one of the players threw his jersey toward the spectators but unfortunately, we can’t get that jersey. After the match, we went to Ciutadella Park. The Spanish name of the park is ‘Parque de la Ciudadela’. From 10 a.m. to midnight, it provides space for old, young, and couples alike. Within the park, there is a dog run, a boating pond, ping pong tables, bars, playgrounds, and a running track. There is hardly any green space in the center of Barcelona. New green spaces were created for the 1992 Olympics, before that only Park Guell and parc de la Ciutadella served mainly as places of recreation. The park is named after a citadel, the park was built by Philip V in 1715 as the garden of the citadel so that he could control the city from there after it resisted it in the War of Succession. The park was covered with moss and running plants, winged lions, horse-drawn carriages emerge on top of a well with baroque imitation, and fiery dragons emerge under it. The park has plenty of oranges, magnolia, and oleander trees around it. We also took some pictures there for our memories.
